We expect that the Excellence in Performance Programme will create change
in your company, individual and collective leadership thinking, performance
and behaviour.
This programme does not start from a place of weakness.
The programme is all about taking people from good to consistently great.
We recommend that the most senior leadership group is the first to
participate in the programme.

THE KEY FEATURES OF THE PROGRAMME

The 12 month programme has three core components:

It starts with the Cultural Values Assessment (CVA)

The CVA is used to map the values of organisations and shows the
alignment of the top Personal, Current Culture and Desired Culture Values
according to the Seven Levels of Personal and Organizational
Consciousness.
Measurement Matters “If you can't measure it, you can't manage it”

Two, 2 days leadership and coaching events
The focus of these events will be on Appreciative Inquiry and training in:

- Understanding and managing values, culture in teams and creating cohesion
- Creating balanced needs score cards
- Supporting company vision and mission with right values.
- Coaching and leadership skills development including Appreciative Inquiry.

24 hours of “one on one” Executive Coaching
and inquiry for each executive leader during 12 months period


Each executive leader will be assigned an external coach, who will work
in partnership with them over the 12 month period to improve their
leadership and coaching skills and performances.
Additional, focused, leadership coaching will be provided by
individuals’ line managers to embed coaching as a way of
improving performance deep in the organizational culture and
ways of working.
