This has been one of the greatest trainings ever!
It’s very difficult to explain the process, but it is very easy to implement it in everyday life! The biggest ‘unknown’ of the 20th century – human potential - finally beginning to unawake.
The most important thing for me was the realization of the potential that every and each one of us has: to do things, to finish tasks, to seek new challenges, true the method of asking simple questions and defining true goals. The results were immediate and amazing!
Coaching surly delivers tremendous increscent of self-confidence and motivation to you and to the people in the organization or your everyday life. AND THERE IS STILL A HUGE POTENTIAL WAITING IN YOU…!

Coaching sessions has raised my awareness that there is a way how you should work with people, and with yourself , in order to have better results , to have more success, to increase the performance in job or whatever in life.
And this way of working is a very short way and not very hard, all you need to do is ,ask the right questions which will probably take you to the right solution.
The thing that I liked most in coaching was awareness.
Coaching aware you immediately, I always thought that I knew what’s most important for me in life, and of course that I know, but it is different when you say loudly when somebody asks you what’s the most important thing for you right now, you become more aware when you respond and you go after that thing with more will and energy, because now you are more aware that this is the thing that’s really important for me.

I've entered Mr Kunovski's 5-day program without really knowing the difference between consulting and coaching. Initially I thought that as a program participant i'll receive consulting towards improving my business, but what I've received was way better then any consulting that I could've imagined.
Mr Kunovski managed to provide me with the tools that not only helped me improve my business, but also helped me on solving various complex issues for non-business fields. His lecture and demonstration of the GROW (Goal, Reality, Options and Will) model and technique proved to be very useful tool which I was able to apply the very same day I learned it.
I especially benefited from the questioning method that he explained, where solutions weren't spoon-fed to employees, but employees were being transformed into problem solvers by being made to think through questioning. This proved to be a great tool for creating employees that were more independent and didn't need to be continuously under supervision.
Based on this experience, I am looking forward to working with Mr Kunovski in the near future, and having him as an important asset towards my business development.

Up until a few months ago, I had no idea what coaching was about. I remember very well when we where getting the material for the 10 modules of the Business Skills Training at the Business Start-Up Center Kosovo (BSCK). All the other modules were familiar to me, except the module called “Coaching”.
At the beginning of the Coaching training we (or at least some of my colleges and me) thought that Viktor is going to take us for some sport mach, but this changed with the first training/lecture.
Our sessions were on Saturdays, so everybody in the beginning were sleeping, but this transformed once we started to work with coaching techniques...
All those exercises, those information’s, that we have from Viktor, me personally I use them and think about it all the time, and I’m very thankful to BSCK that introduced us to Victor and coaching.
We as a company (Global Alliance Network) we’ll keep contact and we’re locking forward to cooperate with Victor Kunovski in the future.
